Office Arrival Procedures

You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and the team. For example:

  • Our waiting room will not be open. Please text or call our office at (804) 206 9455 when you arrive and we will call or text you back when we are ready for your appointment.
  • Upon arrival, our greeter will ask some screening questions and temperature will be taken. Please reschedule your appointment if you have had a cough, fever, and/or flu-like symptoms.
  • We are asking all patients to brush and floss before arrival. All patients will be required to wear a mask. Once in the operatory room, patients will be asked to wash their hands and gargle with a mouth rinse.
  • Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointments.
